Did you know that Americans eat 23 pounds of pizza every year?

Pepperoni is the most popular choice across the country, and whether you prefer it or another delicious topping, head to one of the following pizzerias where you’re sure to enjoy a fabulous meal.

Pinthouse Pizza

Founded by six guys with a passion for pizza and craft beer, Pinthouse is known for its lively atmosphere, especially on the weekends. The food is ordered at one counter while the beer is ordered at another, and everyone can enjoy their meal on a picnic table inside or out. The restaurant has been recognized the Austin Chronicle, and the pizzas are made from scratch using locally sourced organic ingredients. Choices include The Armadillo, Honey Pear, and Banh Mi, and all pair well with a pint of Electric Jellyfish.

The Backspace

When The Backspace opened in 2010, it became the first Neapolitan pizzeria in the city. It’s known for serving some of the best pizza in the United States, and its intimate, rustic space offers just thirty seats. The Backspace has been featured in publications such as The Hollywood Reporter and Travel & Leisure, and the service is always friendly. Pizzas include smoked brisket, fennel sausage, and roasted mushroom.

Napa Flats Wood-Fired Pizza

Tom Kenney established Napa Flats with the mission of sharing his love for chef-inspired food with the community. His friends had a lively debate over which dishes he should serve, and the meals are made-from-scratch in the open kitchen using fresh ingredients. Pizzas include Truffle & Date, Mush N’ Spin, and Margherita.
